Follow the rhythm of the yantra with your breath. Breathe in with the expansion; breathe out with the contraction... effortlessly and rhythmically.
While breathing in and out, with the rhythmical movement of the sacred geometry yantra, listen to the explanation. The meaning of yantra is not in spoken words, but in your own being.
Be receptive and open, and your consciousness will point to a belief structure to which you are attached. Allow consciousness to expand and it will. With expanding consciousness you will have clarity of vision. By being conscious of your belief that is not serving you any longer, and with the clarity of perception, you can change any unhealthy belief into the one which can support you and help you to create healthier you and consequently healthier reality; or you can abandon all belief and enter the eternity in this moment of now.
